The General Prosecution of Ukraine reported that Construction Works near Fiolent Cape had been suspended
Mykola Tomenko, the Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine informed that he received the Prosecutor General´s response regarding the building works in the town Fiolent region that took part in the contest "7 Natural Wonders of Ukraine".
In the response to the Vice-Chairman´s claim the Prosecutor General´s answered that contrary to the Law of Ukraine, "On Planning and Territories Building and Development" the building was conducted without the license for the building works and coordinated documents on projects calculation. Moreover, there are violations of the Code of Ukraine on Mineral Resources and claims regarding the plants species protection that are placed into the Red Book.
The Prosecutor General´s of Ukraine also informed that the lawbreakers would be called to account and the building works in Fiolent city are put out of action.
